Buddleja 'Summer Bird Blue'

'Summer Bird Blue' is a dwarf buddleja that grows to just 100-120cm! Known as the butterfly bush thanks to it's beautifully scented, nectar-rich flowers that are hugely attractive to butterflies and bees. The conical, bluish-purple flowers appear in summer and flourish for months!

Please note that deciduous plants naturally lose their leaves during the colder months. If you wish to check the health of your plant, you can scrape a small piece of bark off from the lower part of the main stem. Under the brown layers there should be healthy green growth.

Please remember that you're not buying 9cm tall plants. 9cm is a term commonly used in plant retail to describe the diameter of the pot. The size of the plant can vary greatly. Most will be between 10-30cm tall unless they are naturally low growing plants or if you are buying herbaceous plants in winter.

Please note: In order to lessen our environmental impact, all of our plants will be removed from their plastic cell trays or pots before sending. Ensure you are ready to pot your plants when they arrive.
