My Account
No. You can order from the site without creating an account by checking out as a guest. You will be given an option to create an account during the checkout process, this is useful for saving you details for future orders or to view details on any previous orders.
Once you have created an account you can login at the top right of the screen anywhere on the website. To view your previous orders hover over "your name" at the top right of the screen and a my accounts option will appear below. After clicking my accounts there will be a previous orders tab appear on the screen.

Delivery
We charge just £2.99 for all orders below £25 or free delivery if the total value of the ordered goods is above £25. We deliver to all of the U.K. mainland and Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands at this moment in time. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to track your order. If you have not received your order within two days of your dispatch email, please get in touch. Up-to-date tracking information is ONLY supplied by Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working day and we use a 24hr delivery service. This means the order should be expected within 5 working day of ordering.
No. We currently supply the U.K market only.
Most orders are delivered via royal mail, however parcel force will be used for some larger orders
