'Twix F1 Red with Eye' is a compact perennial plant that forms a low mound of foliage. The leaves are typically dark green and can be slightly lobed or toothed. It produces charming flowers in a vibrant shade of red with an eye-catching black colour at the centre of the petals.
It has an extended blooming period, often flowering from spring through autumn, depending on the climate and growing conditions. Deadheading spent flowers can help encourage continuous blooming.
'Twix F1 Red with Eye,' is generally hardy and can tolerate a range of growing conditions. They thrive in cool to mild temperatures and prefer well-drained soil.
Well-suited for various garden settings, including borders, rock gardens, containers, or as edging plants. They add a pop of colour and a touch of whimsy to garden beds.

Plug plants are small, young plants grown in cell trays. Even the largest plug plants, described as extra-large or jumbo, are still small plants from cell trays and not established plants. Plug plants can be great value compared to buying more established plants however they may need some extra care to get them started.

We recommend starting plug plants in a small pot and not planting directly into open ground or large pots/planters. You will want a plant pot roughly the size of a tea mug, commonly referred to as 7cm or 9cm pots. Ensure the pot has plenty of holes underneath and preferably over two tiers for even better drainage.

Please note: In order to lessen our environmental impact, all of our plants will be removed from their plastic cell trays or pots before sending. Ensure you are ready to pot your plants when they arrive.
