Cherry Tomato ‘Veranda Red’ combines a dwarf determinate plant habit with the most delicately sweet flavoured cherry sized fruits. Ideal for growing in pots (50cm in height) and require no staking or supports if they are grown in a sheltered location. The Veranda Red shows good resistance to Fusarium, Verticillium and some blight.

Caring for Plug Plants

We recommend starting plug plants in a small pot and not planting directly into open ground or large pots/planters. You will want a plant pot roughly the size of a tea mug, commonly referred to as 7cm or 9cm pots. Ensure the pot has plenty of holes underneath and preferably over two tiers for even better drainage.
