Narcissus 'Martinette'

Narcissus jonquilla

2L Plant (More info)

Narcissus 'Martinette'

2L Plant

'Martinette' daffodils have the classic daffodil appearance, featuring a central trumpet-shaped corona surrounded by six petal-like tepals. What sets 'Martinette' apart is its colouration. The central corona is a bright orange, and the outer tepals are a bright yellow, creating a striking contrast that adds to its visual appeal. These daffodil plants can reach heights of 10 to 14 inches (25 to 35 centimetres), making them suitable for various garden settings, including borders, flower beds, rock gardens, and naturalized areas. These daffodils also make lovely cut flowers for floral arrangements.

What am I Buying?

2L (2 Litres) refers to the volume of the pot, the roots are almost 4 times the size of a 9cm pot. The size of the plant can vary greatly, most will be between 30-60cm tall unless they are naturally low growing plants or if you are buying herbaceous plants in winter.

Bulbs are a form of dormant plant which when planted in the correct conditions produce a full plant over time. Plants which naturally survive as bulbs will usually die down into the ground when their season is finished in order to store their energy to return the following year.
