Elderberry 'Black Tower'

Sambucus nigra 'Black Tower' is an Elderberry with a naturally upright habit making it a perfect choice for smaller gardens. This variety lives up to its name with stunning, dark purple foliage which closely resembles black. In June it blooms with pink flowers that contrast magnificently with the dark foliage, making an eye-catching statement piece. The flowers are followed by black berries later in summer for additional interest. A slow growing, perennial garden plant, this hardy shrub is a worthy commitment for it's varied appeal.

2L (2 Litres) refers to the volume of the pot, the roots are almost 4 times the size of a 9cm pot. The size of the plant can vary greatly, most will be between 30-60cm tall unless they are naturally low growing plants or if you are buying herbaceous plants in winter.
