‘Emerald Cushion Blue’ is an evergreen, creeping phlox which produces masses of delicate lilac-blue flowers in Spring and Summer. A gorgeous, low maintenance addition to borders, rockeries and containers. Clumps may be ripped apart and divided in early autumn.
