Yacon 'Inka White' is an exotic plant that produces large, crunchy, sweet and juicy tubers, with an unusual taste reminiscent of pear. Not easily found in shops, this low maintenance perennial is the perfect addition to your veg patch. The tall plants also produce sunflower-like blooms for a bit of added ornamental value!
Please note herbaceous plants naturally die-back during the colder months. We always ensure plants have at least some growth during this time, however when buying during October through to March, the growth may be minimal and there may be blemishes from winter cold.
