'Freshman' is an AGM winning herb with strongly lemon-scented leaves, incredible used in teas, cold drinks, or a fresh garnish in salads. They also have a calming and refreshing effect both fresh or dried, and bear tiny lilac-white flowers in summer.
Please note that deciduous plants naturally lose their leaves during the colder months. If you wish to check the health of your plant, you can scrape a small piece of bark off from the lower part of the main stem. Under the brown layers there should be healthy green growth.
What am I Buying?
Plug plants are small, young plants grown in cell trays. Even the largest plug plants, described as extra-large or jumbo, are still small plants from cell trays and not established plants. Plug plants can be great value compared to buying more established plants however they may need some extra care to get them started.
