Holly 'Madame Briot'

Ilex ‘Madame Briot’ is an attractive purple-stemmed evergreen holly with strong spiny leaves which are green with a bold creamy yellow margin, grows to around 10m tall. This variety is FEMALE and therefore requires a male pollinator to produce red berries. Small white late spring flowers are followed by scarlet fruit. Best planted in free draining loamy soil in sun or partial shade.

Please remember that you're not buying 9cm tall plants. 9cm refers to the diameter of the pot commonly used in plant retail.
The size of the plant can vary greatly.
Most will be between 10-30cm tall unless they are naturally low growing plants or if you are buying herbaceous plants in winter.
