Details
Horseradish 'Vitara' is a hardy perennial root vegetable. The roots have a very strong, spicy flavour, commonly used to make a classic horseradish sauce for pairing with your roast beef! The young leaves can also be used in salads for some extra kick. A very easy to grow plant, however care should be taken with it as it can become invasive.
