Dicentra 'White Gold' bears brilliant-white, heart-shaped flowers on elegant stems and golden leaves for beautiful garden colour. This exquisite variety is worth growing for its foliage alone! The finely cut yellow leaves make a fabulous contrast with other spring perennials. From April to May, arching stems extend from the neat clumps of foliage, decorated with dangling white, heart-shaped blooms. 'White Gold' thrives in damp, lightly shaded spots where it will shine out from the darkness.

Plant Care
What are you buying?

Plug plants are small, young plants grown in cell trays. Even the largest plug plants, described as extra-large or jumbo, are still small plants from cell trays and not established plants. Plug plants can be great value compared to buying more established plants however they may need some extra care to get them started.
Caring for Plug Plants

We recommend starting plug plants in a small pot and not planting directly into open ground or large pots/planters. You will want a plant pot roughly the size of a tea mug, commonly referred to as 7cm or 9cm pots. Ensure the pot has plenty of holes underneath and preferably over two tiers for even better drainage.

Reduced Plastics

In order to lessen our environmental impact, all of our plants will be removed from their plastic cell trays or pots before sending. Ensure you are ready to pot your plants when they arrive.
