Callicarpa 'Magical Deep Purple' is a lovely deciduous shrub with delicate pink flowers in summer and spectacular, large clusters of violet bead-like berries in autumn, through winter. The young foliage is often bronze-purple, becoming dark green in summer. For the best performance plant it in a position bathed in full sun and you will also be rewarded with yellow and purple foliage tints in autumn, brightening up a late Autumn border.
