Details
Apple 'Braeburn' is a well known, early, heavy cropping variety. The fruit are yellow-green with red vertical stripes. They are firm and crisp and have a flavour that is equally tart and sweet. Ideal for eating raw or cooked in dessert dishes or sauces. They bear fragrant pure-white flowers in mid spring which attract beneficial insects like bees and butterflies.
